This starts tomorrow and will be celebrating it's 10 Year Anniversary! I've wanted to attend this event ever since I found out about it a few years back. It looks like so much fun, especially the Celebration of Light. This year the festival runs from February 21 thru March 2, and consists of the Celebration of Light, the Wine & Dine experience, Performing Arts, the Underground Walkway celebration and concludes with the All-Nighter.
